- Phone the Hall Steward to arrange a tour of the facilities (01708 220242)
- Check availability dates, hire charges, etc with the Lettings Diary, then Bookings Administrator (newwindmill@hotmail.co.uk), or 01708 229984
- Download a booking form and Conditions of hire from this site, or phone the Bookings Administrator, OR collect a copy from the Hall Steward
- Complete the form in full, and return, with deposit, to the Hall as early as possible
- Obtain and forward additional paperwork and forward early
Current Lettings Charges:
- Monday to Friday 9.00am to 7.00pm £30 per hour
- Monday to Friday 7.00pm to 11.00pm £45per hour
- Saturday 9.00am to midnight £85 per hour
- Saturday Rate 9.00am to midnight £800 for the whole day
- Sunday 9.00am to 11.00pm £65 per hour
- Lettings of up to 6 hours are charged as above – additional hours charged at 50% of the above rates. (Saturdays and Sundays only)
- Catering charge for Un-Registered Caterers or Self-Catering - £85.00 per day
- Charge for additional stage lighting - £10 per hour or £50 per day
